I have a few passions in life: Dogs, Design, and Real Estate. I created KhalaHouse to brand my love for all of my passions.
I’ve been in the real estate world for almost a decade now. I started in leasing, then grew into mortgage, before venturing out into becoming a realtor. My experience in both running an apartment community and managing hundreds of mortgage transactions helped me immensely when it came to assisting people to buy and sell homes. Real estate excites me and I genuinely feel there are few better investments.
I LOVE being home. I’m a huge homebody and my home is my safe haven. I want all of my clients to love their homes just as much as I do. Being a new mom, I feel lucky to call Simsbury my hometown as it’s so family-friendly. I grew up in West Hartford and also lived in Granby for a period of time. I enjoy helping clients determine which town in CT really suits their needs best.

Rescue Partnership
In my opinion, a home isn’t complete without a dog. So I created an adoption program to encourage my clients to take the rescue route rather than buying from a breeder or a puppy store.
I find that a lot of buyers, particularly first time homebuyers, want to have a dog but decide to wait to buy a home before getting one. I created my adoption program to entice any clients of mine to adopt rather than buy from a puppy store or breeder. According to the ASPCA, approximately 390,000 dogs are euthanized each year. If I can do anything to help lessen that number, I will! Rather than give a bottle of wine or a cutting board at closing, I will issue a credit towards any adoption fee if you let me know you’re interested prior to closing. I’m also happy to help you find that perfect pup for your family!
